MUSCAT: Oman will begin COVID-19 vaccination of students in July 2021, Ministry of Health said on Saturday.
In a statement issued, MOH said it has prepared a detailed ‘National Strategy for Immunization against Covid-19’ which aims to vaccinate 70 percent of the total population. MOH also said, it will vaccinate students under the age of 18 from July to December.
MOH said efforts are underway to import more than 3 million doses of coronavirus vaccine before end of August.
