His Majesty Sultan Haitham issues Royal Decree establishing Social Protection Fund

MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik on Wednesday issued a Royal Decree establishing the Social Protection Fund and Military and Security Apparatus Retirement Fund.
In a statement issued by the Oman News Agency (ONA) stated that the Social Protection Fund, enjoys financial and administrative independence and reports to the Council of Ministers, and issues its system by a Royal Decree.”
“The Military and Security apparatus Retirement Fund enjoy financial and administrative independence affiliated with the Council of Ministers and its system is issued by a royal decree,” the statement added.
