MUSCAT : Oman on Monday announced the working hours for public and private sector employees during the holy month of Ramadan.
A statement issued by the Oman News Agency (ONA), said the official working hours in ministries, public bodies and other units of the state’s administrative apparatus during the holy month of Ramadan 1442 AH will be from 9am to 2pm.”
Meanwhile, for Muslims working in companies and establishments in the private sector has been reduced to six hours per day, or around 30 hours per week.
