MUSCAT: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) on Wednesday arrested eight expats for violating the Supreme Committee decisions.
In a statement issued, ROP said the accused gathered in South Al Sharqiyah Governorate illegally and participated in gambling. “South Al Sharqiyah Police Command arrested eight expatriates for violating the decisions of the Supreme Committee to deal with Covid-19 by gathering and gambling. The legal procedures against them are completed,” ROP said in the statement.
