MUSCAT : With no let-up in Oman’s COVID-19 surge, hospitalisation cases climbed to record levels, with 84 patients admitted in less than 24 hours.
According to the latest figure released by the Ministry of Health (MOH), the total hospital cases touched 505 on Monday of which 161 are in intensive care units. On Monday, 796 new cases have been registered, taking the total Covid infections in the country to 156,883, while a total of 1662 people have died battling the virus.
