MUSCAT: With the deep tropical depression set to make landfall, temperatures over most parts of the country will drop, the Public Authority for Civil Aviation (PACA) said on Friday.
According to Oman met, heavy rain and thundershowers are expected from Saturday morning until Sunday evening with and it is expected to affect the governorates of Muscat, South al Sharqiya, North al Sharqiya, Al Dakhliah, South al Batinah, North al Batinah, Al Dhahirah, and Al Buraimi.
“There will be a relative drop in temperatures over most of the Sultanate’s governorates on Saturday due to the cloud cover associated with the tropical storm,” PACA said in a statement.
