MUMBAI: The Indian Premier League (IPL) Governing Council has received official clearance from the Indian government to host the IPL in the UAE, top sources at Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) said on Sunday.
The tournament will begin in UAE from September 19 and end on November 10.
