MUSCAT: Residents who are stranded outside the country can return to Oman by obtaining permits to travel from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA), Minister of Transport confirmed on Thursday.
Speaking at the press conference, His Excellency Dr. Ahmed Al Futaisi said resident travellers can approach airlines of affiliated institutions to get the permits from MoFA.
It is worth noting that The Arabian Stories was the first to report about the development. As many as 180 stranded residents from India arrived in the last few days, while 38 stranded students who are holding resident visa arrived in the country last week.
