MUSCAT: Oman’s Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) has warned the public not to get deceived by fake online advertisements.
In a statement issued on Wednesday, TRA said: “Dear customers, fake marketing ads, such as fake job ads, non-approved training courses, etc., may be one of the electronic fraud methods to cheat and lure you to disclose your banking information to earn money in a fraudulent way.”
