MUSCAT: Ministry of Transport has started the expansion work of Rusayl-Bidbid road project on Saturday.

The road which will be built at a length of 27 km, includes which includes four lanes on each side, new flyovers, pedestrians tunnels and bridges, and rainwater drainage facilities.
Following completion, it will be able to handle around 8,030 cars vehicles per hour.
