MUSCAT: Muscat Governorate recorded 527 new coronavirus cases, taking the total tally to 19,935 on Friday.
Of the total 852 cases recorded in Oman, Seeb once again registered highest cases. 215 new Covid-19 cases are recorded taking the total tally to 6,726.
Baushar registered 175 cases, while Wilayat Muttrah recorded 92 cases on Friday.

Cases in Barka in South Al Batinah crossed 900 after 62 new cases were recorded on Friday. Duqm also registered a total of 912 cases, while cases in Dhofar Governorate touched 300 of which 271 alone comes from Salalah.
Oman’s total coronavirus touched 27,670 cases of which 13,974 have recovered.
