MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik on Monday issued a Royal Decree appointing His Excellency Abdulsalam bin Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Murshidi as the head of Oman Investment Authority with a rank of minister.
Last week, His Majesty issued a Royal Decree setting up the Oman Investment Authority.
Al Murshidi is currently the chairman of Omantel and Executive President of State General Reserve Fund.
