Muscat: Huawei will soon launch its new entry-level smartphone, the HUAWEI Y6p featuring a massive 5000mA battery for users looking to enjoy using their devices for longer periods of time without charging. It also offers a triple-camera system and a good amount of storage, at 64GB. Making smartphone innovations more accessible to users at all levels, the company has introduced two new models to its Y series, the HUAWEI Y6p and the HUAWEI Y8p, both promising to be on the shopping list of Huawei consumers in June 2020.

With a large 5000mAh battery, the HUAWEI Y6p easily fulfil power users’ needs making it one of the most competitive players in the entry-level market. The new smart phone has a 6.3-inch HUAWEI Dewdrop Display with a front camera embedded into the notch. On the back it’s a triple camera system comprising of a 13MP main camera, ultra-wide angle lens and depth sensing lens, which can create various photo effects. Such a combination takes the entry-level camera phone to the next level – especially considering that many budget phones usually have a rear dual-camera only.

Another highlight feature of the HUAWEI Y6p is its audio capabilities. Boasting the HUAWEI SuperSound solution, the HUAWEI Y6p packs a punch in terms of audio. This feature uses large sound chambers for audio components and better resonance, further increasing speaker volume and quality. Meanwhile, the Smart Power Amplifier monitors ultra linear speakers to sense and adapt changes within surroundings to produce louder sounds with improved bass and clarity, while a sound enhancement algorithm provides support for high quality sound effects. Users can also listen to radio without having to connect earphones to acts as antenna. The audio systems is further improved upon with Huawei Histen 6.0, which supports a 9.1 channel surround sound effect for a more immersive audio experience. Finally, the Party Mode option gives the HUAWEI Y6p support to connect to multiple smartphones in the same network to play different channels of audio for a better listening experience.

Meanwhile the HUAWEI Y6p comes with 3GB of RAM for smooth performance and 64GB of storage and apps, which can be expanded to 512GB with a microSD card. Powering it all is the MTK Helio P22 octa-core processor, supported by EMUI 10.1 for all-round efficient performance and better user interface.
