Oman confirms 99 new coronavirus cases, total climbs to 2,447

The newly diagnosed cases are 41 Omanis and 58 expats, the Ministry of Health said.

MUSCAT: Oman’s Ministry of Health announced on Friday 99 new confirmed cases with Coronavirus (COVID-19), bringing the total number of COVID-19 patients in the Sultanate to 2447.

The newly diagnosed cases are 41 Omanis and 58 expats, the ministry said. 

A total of 495 out of the COVID-19 patients in the Sultanate have recovered, the ministry said.
