Muscat: The Government Communication (GC) has denied rumours circulated on social media about finding Covid-19 cases among expatriates in Wilayat Nizwa.
In a statement issued on Saturday, GC said: There is no truth of what is being circulated about cases of COVID-19 among expatriates in Karsha Industrial in Wilayat Nizwa.”
“We also direct all to take information from official sources and to avoid spreading false and misleading rumours and news,” the statement added.
