61 cases recovered from coronavirus in Oman

Oman on Saturday reported 25 new cases, as the total number of positive cases in the country rose to 277.

61 patients who were infected with coronavirus in the country have recovered, Ministry of Health (MOH) said on Saturday.

As the numbers are increasing every day, MOH has urged the public to stay at home and practice social distancing. “The Ministry adhere everyone to strictly follow social distancing instructions issued by the Supreme Committee and the MOH, as well as staying at home and not going out unless necessary,” MOH said. 

Oman on Saturday reported 25 new cases, as the total number of positive cases in the country rose to 277, including one death. According to the figures, there has been a spike of cases in the last three days. 

“Social distancing is the best remedy to reduce these numbers,” said Dr. Mohammed bin Saif Al Hosni, Undersecretary of Ministry of Health.
