Six new coronavirus patients in Oman stable, says Ministry of Health

Muscat: All new six coronavirus patients tested positive on Tuesday are in stable condition, Ministry of Health said.

Among the six new coronavirus cases reported on Tuesday, all are linked to travelling to Iran. Four are Iranian nationals, while the two cases are Omani citizens.

In a statement issued by MOH said while the total number of cases reported in Oman is now touched 12, two patients have already recovered this week. “The Ministry reaffirms that two cases have completely recovered while the others are in stable conditions,” Ministry said.

MOH has strongly recommended the public to take preventive precautions and to avoid traveling to coronavirus affected areas. Ministry also advised citizens and residents to avoid going in public and places of worships.
