Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, has pardoned 282 prisoners, the Oman News Agency (ONA) reported on Thursday.
ONA also revealed that 123 of the 282 prisoners, convicted in different cases, were foreign expatriates of a number of different nationalities.
