Muscat: Three people were killed and a third person suffered injuries in a truck crash on Thursday.
The accident happened when a truck collided with a car on the Ibri-Rustaq road in Al Hayal area at 7:25am, a top official from Royal Oman Police informed The Arabian Stories.
“Three Omani citizens who were travelling in a car died on spot after they collided with a truck, while the truck driver suffered injuries and is stable,” said the senior police official.

In 2018 there were 2,802 traffic related accidents reported resulting in 637 deaths and 2,815 injuries.
