Muscat: Indian Schools will have a new elected members after parents of Indian School Muscat voted five parents to the Indian schools’ Board of Directors (BoD) on Saturday.
In what was a fiercely fought contest, Syed Salman polled 497 votes and finished at the top. Devsing Patil finished second with 482 votes followed by Sivakumar Manickamwith 462 votes, Sirajudeen Nhelat with 409 votes, Ambujakshan Mukavarukandy with 379 votes.

Shabu G received 349 votes, Nitheesh Sundareshan received 345 votes, Selvichen Jacob received 264 votes, Narayanan Ponnambalam recieved 77 votes and Haridas P received 55 votes.
