MUSCAT – The CMA has launched an e-service, with an online form titled ‘Dissatisfaction with the services provided by the CMA’ (https://t.co/BVy00Ck8iT), with the objective of monitoring cases of dissatisfaction and their causes.
The form allows consumers to file complaints related to the services provided by any of CMA’s departments. This will provide CMA a platform to monitor cases of dissatisfaction with its services to the public, both individuals and institutions, and thereby provide remedial solutions.
According to the CMA announcement, this will achieve community participation in ensuring continuous improvement of services. It will further prioritize governance of resources and projects (Oman Vision 2040) and enhance the procedural and operational efficiency of the Authority’s Strategic Plan 2021-2025.
