MUSCAT: Nissan Oman, from the house of Suhail Bahwan Automobiles (SBA)’s pick-up and drop-off service for customers with prior service appointments has found many takers.
A senior official of Nissan Oman, from the house of Suhail Bahwan Automobiles (SBA) said, “We are continuously engaging with customers on enhancing their experience. This offering is aligned with customer feedback and our own efforts to make a difference to the ownership experience. This service provides our service customers the comfort that they can get necessary vehicle work completed without stepping out. It helps customers follow the COVID-19 safety protocols. As you all know Nissan Oman’s Qurum showroom has received the ‘Nissan Safe & Clean’ certification from Nissan Middle East FZE (NMEF) for complying with the sales and service protocols established as per the programme. We will follow all related protocols while servicing a customer’s vehicle.”
He added, “When they opt for this service, customers do not have to take time off work or adjust their plans. Their car will be picked up from their home or place of work, removing the inconvenience of delivering it to a service centre. Nissan Oman will take care of everything related to the car including servicing, repairs, tyres, wheel alignments and all services under manufacturer’s warranty.”
