MUSCAT: The Ministry of Heritage and Tourism said that it has issued a fine against InterContinental Muscat for violating the COVID-19 rules.
In a statement issued, the Ministry said the hotel was fined for not following social distancing measures at the Trader Vic’s restaurant.
“This comes within the framework of following up the commitment of hotel and tourist establishments to the precautionary measures to limit the spread of the coronavirus pandemic,” the Ministry said in a statement.
