Oman announces continuity of 50% capacity in commercial establishments

Commercial and industrial establishments must limit visitors to 50% of its total capacity.

MUSCAT: In the wake of rising coronavirus cases in the country, commercial establishments must continue to limit visitors to 50 per cent of its total capacity and follow all precautionary measures, Oman’s Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion said on Thursday

“All commercial and industrial establishments must abide by all decisions issued by the Supreme Committee and the decisions issued by this Ministry and the competent authorities including limiting visitors to 50% of the total capacity, allow only those who have taken two doses of vaccine, wearing face masks, and other health requirements. Commercial establishments must ensure the safety of customers to avoid any legal measures against violations,” the Ministry said.
