MUSCAT: The Royal Oman Police on Sunday arrested two people on charges of arson and vehicle theft.
In a statement issued, ROP said the two suspects stole a vehicle in Muscat Governorate and later set fire. “Legal procedures are being completed against them,” ROP added.
