MUSCAT: Galfar Engineering and Contracting Company have been assigned to repair the damages caused by cyclone Shaheen on Al Batinah Highway, the Ministerial Committee said on Thursday.
In a statement issued by Oman News Agency (ONA) said the project covers the highway from Wilayat of Al Musannah to Wilayat Saham.
“In implementation of the royal directives of His Majesty the Sultan to speed up the repair of the infrastructure that was damaged as a result of the tropical cyclone shaheen, the Ministerial Committee assigned Galfar Engineering and Contracting Company to repair the damages caused to the Al-Batinah Highway,” the statement said.
