Muscat: Omani nationals travelling to Pakistan will now be able to get visas on arrival.
Already in effect since May 2019, visitors can now obtain visas by accessing https://visa.nadra.gov.pk. Travellers will be expected to print, or save on their handheld devices, the ‘Electronic Travel Authorisation’ (ETA), prior to departure.
There are four visa categories – visit/tourist, family, work/business, and transit – which an Omani citizen can apply for. The fee for single entry in the category of visit/tourist visa is OMR10. The cost for ‘family visa’ under single entry is OMR10 and OMR15 for multi entry (one year) and OMR20 for multiple entries (two to five years).
