MUSCAT: More than 3,000 people have vaccinated on the first day at Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre (OCEC), a top Ministry of Health (MOH) official said on Monday.
On Sunday, MOH started the vaccination for those from the age group of 45 and above with OCEC as the main vaccination centre.
Speaking in an interview with Arabic radio Al Shabiba FM, Dr. Zainab Al Balushi, Head of the Prevention and Infection Control Department, Muscat Health Authority said: “More than 3,000 received the vaccination on the first day at OCEC. We urge people to come and get vaccinated,” she said.
