MUSCAT: A steady increase in COVID-19-related admissions to hospitals and intensive care units continues to weigh heavily on Oman’s health-care system as overall case counts rise, the country’s Ministry of Health said.
On Monday, the total number of ICU patients touched 428, while the total hospital cases reached 1448, including 188 admissions in the last 24 hours, the data from MOH showed.
Oman on Monday registered 2,529 cases including 31 deaths.
