MUSCAT: The Oman Charitable Organization (OCO) has confirmed that it is the official body responsible for receiving donations and assistance to the Palestinian people, and for delivering that aid to those who deserve it.
In a statement issued, OCO said it is cooperating with NGOs that are authorized by the Ministry of Social Development (MOSD) to collect money from the public.
OCO has called on all citizens and residents to avoid invitations issued those other than the authority.
