MUSCAT: An Australian who had gone missing in Jebel Akdhar mountains was found dead by Royal Oman Police team, today.
“The ROP has found the missing Australian citizen in Al Hajir -Wadi Al Ma’awel, the missing person has sadly passed away. The process of transferring the body is via ROP Air Force, and handing it over is in progress,” a tweet from the police force read.
Yesterday, PACDA had urged people to share any information about the missing person (presumably in his thirties ) on the emergency number 9999
