MUSCAT: Heavy rainfall in North and South Al Batinah Governorate damaged 102 telecommunications stations in the last one week, Telecom Regulatory Authority (TRA) said on Friday.
According to the statement issued by TRA, 91% stations have been returned to service.
Oman has been witnessing heavy rainfall in the last few weeks. “Authority is monitoring the damages caused by the climatic conditions on telecommunications services in the North and South Al Batinah governorates,” TRA said in the statement.
