MUSCAT : Dr. Muhammad bin Nasser bin Ali Al Zaabi took oath in front of His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik on Sunday.
Al Zaabi who has been appointed as the Secretary General of the Ministry of Defence took the oath at Al Baraka Palace on Sunday morning.
Al Zaabi who was the Chief Executive Officer at Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has more than 24 years’ experience in multi-disciplinary functions ranging from project management, financial and contractual management, strategic planning, and budgeting.
