MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik on Monday issued two Royal Decrees.
According to details, His Majesty has issued Royal Decree No. 10/2021, appointing Dr. Mohammed bin Nasser bin Ali Al Zaabi -/ Secretary General at the Ministry of Defence with the rank of minister, while Royal Decree No. 11/2021 has been issued to conduct military promotions and appointments.
