MUSCAT: With nearly 25,000 people having received the Covid-19 vaccine in Oman, there were no side effects reported among recipients, Minister of Health said on Sunday.
His Excellency Dr. Ahmed Al Saidi, who received the second dose on Sunday urged people to get vaccinated. “There were no side effects reported from anyone. There are some misconceptions and rumours being spread. This should stop. I invite people to come and take the vaccine,” he said.
According to the figures, 9,605 people have received the vaccine in Muscat Governorate, followed by 3,558 people in North Al Batinah Governoate.
