MUSCAT : Two Indian expats died and another two sustained serious injuries in a horrific road accident in Samail on Sunday.
According to sources, the accident happened when the car they were travelling hit on a divider in wilayat Samail on Sunday afternoon. Albin Varghese (22 years) and Devanshu Dhabalia (21 years) died in the accident. The road accident happened when they were returning from Jabal Shams along with two of their friends Harikrishnan and Mohammed Sunoon , who suffered serious injuries. All four are former students of Indian School Muscat.
In a condolence message send to The Arabian Stories, Mukund Manohar, President of Indian School Muscat Alumni (ISMA) mourned the death of Albin and Devanshu. “It is deeply saddening to hear about the passing of two of our beloved Alumni. Our heartfelt thoughts and prayers go out to the families of Albin and Devanshu. Our prayers go out to Harikrishnan and Mohammed for their full and complete recovery from this horrific accident. We honour their legacies and mourn this tragic loss. As Alumni of ISM, we would like to extend any support and assistance to the families and we urge all our fellow alumni to do the same,” Mukund said.
