RIYADH: Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani arrived in Saudi Arabia to attend the GCC Summit.
He received to a red-carpet welcome by Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman.
On Monday, ahead of the historic summit, Kuwait said that Saudi Arabia is reopening its land and sea borders to Qatar in a breakthrough in a long-running dispute that has pitted Qatar against several of its Gulf neighbours.
