MUSCAT : No side effects have been reported from people who took COVID-19 vaccine in Oman since its launch in the country, Minister of Health said on Sunday.
Speaking to reporters after visiting the vaccination centres in Muscat Governorate, His Excellency Dr. Ahmed Al Saidi urged target groups to get vaccinated and avoid paying attention to rumours. “We have not received any reports of allergic reactions or side effects from people who took the vaccine so far. Vaccine save lives,” he said.
According to MOH, more than 7,000 people have been vaccinated in the country since December 27.
