MUSCAT : V. Muraleedharan, Minister of State for External and Parliamentary Affairs of India arrived in Muscat for a two-day official visit.
According to the Ministry of External Affairs release, Muraleedharan will hold talks on various bilateral issues as well as regional and international issues of mutual interest. His Excellency Munu Mahawar, Indian Ambassador to Oman received the minister at Muscat International Airport.
Muraleedharan will be meeting Oman’s Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Al Busaidi and Prof. Mahad bin Said bin Ali Baawain, Minister of Labour. He will also interact with a broad cross-section of the Indian community and the newly formed Oman-India Friendship Association.

Muraleedharan will also meet the representatives of Indian Social Club, and social workers.
“During the visit, MOS will hold talks on various bilateral issues as well as regional and international issues of mutual interest. He will particularly focus on issues related to the Indian community,” the release said.
