MUSCAT : Four months after his appointment as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Galfar Engineering and Contracting, Abdullah Saif Al Hosni has resigned from the post, the company informed on Sunday.
In a statement issued to Muscat Securities Market, Galfar said it appointed Badri N Subudhi who has been in the company for the past 20 years as Acting CFO.
“The Company would like to disclose that the board of directors has accepted the resignation during probation of the chief Financial Officer Mr Abdullah Saif Al Hosni with effect from 13 December 2020. The Company thanks Mr Abdullah for his tenure in Galfar and wish him all the best in his future endeavours,” the statement said.

“Also, the company would like to announce the appointment of Mr Badri N Subudhi as acting CFO until further notice.Mr Badri, currently GM Finance & Treasury has been with the Company for more than 20 years and served in various functions including finance and internal audit,” the statement added.
