MUSCAT: The court of first instance in Muscat Governorate ruled against a citizen for violating the decisions of the Supreme Committee, Oman News Agency reported on Thursday.
In a statement issued, ONA said the Omani citizen named Saleh Al Nasr violated the Covid-19 protocols by breaking his quarantine period.
