MUSCAT: After a temporary suspension, Oman will resume issuing tourist visas, the Supreme Committee said on Monday.
In a statement issued, the Committee said the tourist visas to enter Oman will be provided within the “framework of tourist groups organized by hotels and tourism companies.”
The committee has also decided to reopen a new set of commercial and industrial activities.

Earlier the Royal Oman Police also resumed issuing new work visas and family visas.
