MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik’s 2040 vision promises growth and stability, according to His Highness Sayyid Asaad bin Tarik Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Affairs.

“The Sultanate is on a path of renewed renaissance under the wise leadership of His Majesty and the vision that promises stability and growth and promotes interest in innovation and scientific research and its outputs,” he said in a statement issued to Oman News Agency.

His Highness Sayyid Asaad highlighted Oman’s achievements during the past 50 years to a ‘comprehensive development strategy’ and future development to Oman’s Vision 2040, which is being personally supervised by His Majesty. “The Omani renaissance was based on principles of equality and justice and spreading the values of peace, tolerance, dialogue and brotherhood with all,” he added.
