Here’s where you can watch Oman’s 50th National Day fireworks

The authorities have urged the public to watch the fireworks by staying inside their cars and adhering to the precautionary measures.

MUSCAT: As Oman set to celebrate its 50th National Day on November 18, people who want to watch the celebratory fireworks can do so in several locations in the country. 

The General Secretariat for National Day Celebrations, in coordination with the Supreme Committee dealing with Covid-19 have urged the public to witness the fireworks in these locations by staying inside their cars and adhering to the precautionary measures. 

According to sources, the firework displays will take place on Wednesday, November 18 at 8pm for a period of 30 minutes in the following locations:

Muscat Governorate:

Wilayat Al Amerat 

Wilayat Al Seeb

Dhofar Governorate:

At the the municipality’s entertainment center

On Saturday, November 21 at 8pm, fireworks display will be held in following locations 

Al Musandam Governorate: 

Wilayat Khasab 

Al-Buraimi Governorate: 

Wilayat Buraimi
