MUSCAT- JETOUR’s commitment to combining intelligent technology, off-road capability and responsible exploration took center stage at the recently concluded 2026 JETOUR Global Technology Experience Day in China. For customers in Oman, where journeys span city roads, mountain landscapes and desert trails, the event highlighted the brand’s focus on making travel more comfortable, capable and rewarding.

Held from October 20 to 23 across Wuhu, Moganshan and Xiazhu Lake, the programme brought together international media, content creators and user representatives for technology showcases, all-terrain driving experiences and conservation activities. JETOUR, officially distributed in Oman by MHD Automobile LLC, demonstrated how its “Travel+” philosophy connects vehicle innovation with the needs of travellers.

During off-road experiences in Moganshan, JETOUR’s T-Series and G-Series models tackled water crossings, cross-axle obstacles and steep ramps. The demonstrations showcased technologies designed to simplify driving across changing terrain while maintaining passenger comfort.

JETOUR’s XWD intelligent four-wheel-drive system illustrated this approach through responsive power distribution and traction control. Drivers could select from seven preset driving modes or activate the one-touch “X” intelligent off-road mode, allowing the system to adapt to varied conditions. The experience highlighted how intelligent technology could make outdoor exploration more accessible.

The JETOUR G700 demonstrated the integration of luxury and all-terrain engineering through its GAIA architecture. Its hybrid powertrain, adaptive damping and air suspension worked together to balance capability with ride comfort. Inside, a four-screen interactive smart cockpit, multifunction seats and premium audio complemented the vehicle’s focus on refined travel.

Commenting on the event, Mr. Mohsin Hani Al Bahrani, CEO of MHD ACERE, said: “Oman’s remarkable landscapes create a natural connection with JETOUR’s ‘Travel+’ philosophy. Our customers seek vehicles that combine everyday comfort with the confidence to explore, and these global demonstrations showed how JETOUR is bringing those needs together through intelligent technology and advanced hybrid engineering. At MHD ACERE, we are committed to strengthening the JETOUR ownership experience in Oman while encouraging a spirit of discovery and respect for the environments that make every journey memorable.”

Beyond driving performance, the event explored how vehicles could support life outdoors. Vehicle-to-load technology demonstrated practical uses for powering equipment at campsites, while a G700 equipped with “SOLAIR” technology showcased solar electricity generation and atmospheric water collection. These demonstrations offered a glimpse of how integrated energy solutions could support journeys in remote locations.

At a dedicated testing facility, the G700 Ark Edition also completed a controlled emergency water-navigation demonstration, showcasing specialised GAIA Ark technology developed for demanding environments and emergency mobility applications.

Responsible exploration formed another important part of the programme. At Xiazhu Lake National Wetland Park, participants joined a crested ibis conservation initiative, observing the birds, helping prepare and install nesting facilities, and releasing fish fry. The activities connected outdoor discovery with a shared responsibility to protect natural habitats, a message relevant to Oman’s rich biodiversity and distinctive landscapes.

The initiative complemented JETOUR’s wider conservation partnerships, including projects supporting cheetahs in Africa, sea turtles in Malaysia, markhor in Pakistan and harpy eagles in South America.

Since its founding in 2018, JETOUR has developed its products and experiences around travel. As of September 2026, cumulative global sales exceeded 2.56 million vehicles, with the brand present in more than 100 countries and regions and supported by over 300 owners’ clubs.

Through its evolving “Travel+” strategy, JETOUR continues to connect technological innovation, outdoor lifestyles and community experiences. For Oman’s motorists, this approach reflects the appeal of vehicles that support daily life while opening up opportunities for exploration.
