JETOUR demonstrated how intelligent off-road technology could enhance outdoor exploration during its recently concluded 2026 Global Technology Experience Day in China. For adventure enthusiasts in Oman, the programme highlighted the connection between vehicle capability, passenger comfort and practical travel needs.

JETOUR, officially distributed in Oman by MHD Automobile LLC, brought together international media, content creators and user representatives for an immersive driving experience in Moganshan, Zhejiang, on October 21. Featuring vehicles including the JETOUR T2 and G700, the programme brought the brand’s “Travel+” philosophy to life through challenging terrain, outdoor activities and campsite experiences.

A central highlight was the 15-kilometre “Off-Road Treasure Hunt,” which transformed an all-terrain route into an interactive journey of exploration and teamwork. Water crossings, gravel tracks, steep slopes and uneven terrain allowed participants to experience how JETOUR’s technologies responded to varied driving conditions. Outdoor challenges added a practical dimension, connecting vehicle performance with situations encountered during road trips and camping adventures.

For drivers in Oman, where mountains, wadis and open landscapes provide opportunities for exploration, the programme demonstrated the value of combining off-road capability with everyday convenience. At a dedicated campsite, flexible vehicle storage accommodated outdoor equipment, while high-power vehicle-to-load technology supplied electricity for activities such as coffee grinding without an external power source. These demonstrations illustrated how vehicle features could bring additional comfort and practicality to outdoor journeys.

Across the route, JETOUR showcased intelligent systems designed to simplify off-road driving. Its XWD technology, supported by the “7+X” intelligent off-road system, demonstrated how terrain recognition and chassis sensors helped adapt driving modes and torque distribution to changing conditions.

The G700 also showcased the GAIA all-terrain intelligent platform, which integrated hybrid power, three differential locks, air suspension and terrain recognition. Together, these technologies demonstrated JETOUR’s approach to balancing off-road performance with cabin comfort.

The experience extended beyond driving through the Starlight Forum, where international guests exchanged perspectives on travel habits, road conditions and customer expectations across different markets. Discussions explored how technology could better support outdoor adventures, long-distance journeys and daily mobility. Awards also recognised participants’ teamwork and achievements during the treasure hunt and campsite challenges.

Held from October 20 to 23 under the theme “Future Travel Starts Now,” the 2026 JETOUR Global Technology Experience Day connected technological innovation with hands-on travel experiences.
