MUSCAT — His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik issued two royal decrees on Sunday ratifying an amendment to the charter of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation and a visa exemption agreement with Rwanda, Oman TV reported.
Royal Decree No. 87/2026 ratifies the amendment to the charter of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation.
Royal Decree No. 88/2026 ratifies an agreement between the governments of Oman and Rwanda on reciprocal visa exemptions for holders of diplomatic, special and service passports.
