MUSCAT: The seizure was carried out by the CPA’s Market Monitoring Section after inspectors found the products in violation of applicable consumer protection laws and regulations.
Enforcement officers withdrew the products from circulation and seized the non-compliant goods as part of the authority’s inspection and enforcement measures.
The CPA said the necessary seizure and questioning reports were prepared against the offenders, with legal procedures initiated in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
