MUSCAT: Starting from November 11, passengers entering Oman must present a Covid-19 negative test result, the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) said in a circular issued to airlines.

However, children of age 15 and below are exempted from PCR tests and
from the tracking wristband. Diplomats working at foreign embassies accredited to Oman and diplomats visiting Oman are also exempted from the Covid-19 requirements.

The circular based on decision issued by the Supreme Committee on November 1 also stated that passengers must conduct PCR test within 96 hours prior to the scheduled time of arrival in Oman and it should be “validated and certified medical test result,” the circular from CAA added.
