DOHA: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik met Qatar’s Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani at the Amiri Diwan in Doha on Sunday during a private fraternal visit to Qatar, according to the Oman News Agency.
The two leaders held a fraternal meeting during which they reviewed the longstanding relations between the Sultanate of Oman and the State of Qatar and discussed ways to further strengthen cooperation across various sectors.
The talks also covered areas of mutual interest and opportunities to develop existing cooperation in a manner that serves the shared interests and aspirations of the two countries.
